Lessons from the Trenches Description:

This presentation will expose the long-term effects of psychological abuse and manipulation from a parent to a child by hearing the true story of an adult who was alienated as a child. With these revelations we will examine the responsibilities we have as professionals to identify the red flags and ensure there are appropriate interventions in order to prevent collateral damage to the innocent bystanders of divorce.

New Horizons for Dispute Resolution Description:

The quest for improved dispute resolution methods has never been more pressing. This presentation delves into the dynamic realm of conflict resolution, exploring innovative strategies and collaborative approaches to foster better outcomes. Understanding the nuances between negotiations in litigation and dispute resolution is paramount. By examining these differences, we can tailor approaches to suit the unique needs of each case, optimizing the chances for an amicable resolution.

A brief Supreme Court update coupled with insightful statistics sheds light on recent developments and trends in family law in Ohio. Additionally, we explore groundbreaking programs across the state, showcasing diverse options beyond traditional mediation. Together, we embark on a journey towards a more just and compassionate legal system.
